Option Period!

Congratulations!

     Your Contract has been accepted! We are now entering into the option period! In this time period we have 7-10 days to Inspect your new home, get any quotes for work you want to have done, or get professional opinions on repairs or damage the home may have. Hiring a home inspector is the best way to identify any potential problems the home may have!

    During this time we also have the option to re negotiate the terms of the home sale, to encapsulate repairs the seller will do before you move in, or possibly change the price or closing costs on the transaction to help with anything found upon inspection.

    If the home is not what you expected we are able to exercise the right to terminate the contract and you will receive your earnest money back and we may continue to look for the perfect fit!
